What we do: HFA uses Surface-Mount Technology to assemble electronic boards: automatic printers have scanners which inspect 100% of the Solder Paste and boards are subject to an automatic inspection, which is held in the Automatic Inspection System. Conventional assembly methods are also used, existing two distinctive solder methods, wave soldering and selective soldering. Lead solder and lead free solder can both be used. HFA performs tests and quality control, as well as is capable of programming boards. How we do it: HFA’s productive process is easily adjustable to Client requirements. The final product is a fully customized product. HFA’s team is highly qualified and dedicated in accomplishing the programming and tests of the boards, based in a sophisticated product chain, appropriate and innovative equipment and in high-precision and rapid technology, thus obtaining reliable quality products and reduction of the delivery times. Who we do it for: HFA’s business is not focussed on the final consumer, but on business to business. The company works with big national and international companies of the transport and telecommunication sector, as well as with small and medium-sized enterprises. Throughout the years, HFA has established several partnerships with Universities and Institutions. HFA is recognized in the market for high quality standards and productive flexibility.
